What makes your banners different to the other banners I have seen for sale online?
Well to start with our banners are printed on to 400 gsm exterior grade banner pvc, many other companies use paper or thin plastic sheeting, which can tear and fall apart. Our banners are also digitally printed at a high resolution, which means that you will receive a crisp clear banner regardless of it's size.
Can I include photos on the banner?
Yes of course you can and the best part is, that there is no extra charge for including a digital image on your banner. You can either email your photos or send them in the post.
How will my banner look?
Before your banner is printed we will email you a PDF proof so you can see how your banner will look and have the opportunity to make any last minute changes.
What are your banners made from?
We print on to 400gsm exterior grade PVC Banner material. Our banners will not rip, tear or fall apart in your hands. All our banners are designed to be kept as mementos and are therefore made to the highest specification.
How much do your banners cost?
We have now introduced 4 standard sizes for our banners but we can still meet bespoke size needs.

You do not have a template that I like, can you design a banner just for me?
Yes of course we can, one of our designers can create a bespoke banner for your celebration.
How do I pay for my banner?
Our online shop uses a PayPal checkout, if however you do not have a PayPal account we can take payment over the telephone.
How long does it take to receive my banner?
As soon as full payment is received your banner will be ready for dispatch within 5 working days. Should you require the banner in a shorter time frame please contact us, as we may be able to offer next day dispatch.
How do I hang my banner?
All banners are hemmed with nickel eyelets and can easily be hung using rope, bungees or for smaller banners, ribbon.
Can I return my banner?
Once the banner has been manufactured and dispatched we are unable to accept any returns. Unless of course an error has been made at our end, in the unlikely event that this happens a full refund or replacement will be given.
